Author and Submission Guidelines

Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using the official IEEE conference template, available in both LaTeX and Microsoft Word formats. The LaTeX template can be accessed here, and the Word template here. Submissions must be formatted using 10-point font and follow the standard 8.5″ x 11″ two-column layout, as specified by IEEE guidelines.

All papers must be submitted in PDF format and should not exceed 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

Only original, unpublished work that has not been submitted or presented elsewhere will be considered for IC2SDA.  All submissions will undergo blind peer review by at least three reviewers.

Articles detected to contain more than 20% AI-generated content will be automatically rejected. Similarly, articles with a plagiarism rate exceeding 20% will be refused.

Please include up to 7 keywords, as well as the complete postal and e-mail address of the corresponding author. Authors of accepted papers are expected to present their work at the conference.

Where and How to Submit

Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically using the Microsoft CMT (Conference Management Toolkit) system before the submission deadline (see Important Dates). The submission portal for IC2SDA is available here: CMT Submission Link.

If you do not already have a CMT account, you will need to create one prior to submission.

Publication

Accepted papers will appear in the Conference Proceedings. The indexing of IC2SDA by the IEEE Xplore Digital Library is currently under negotiation.
